  • Are you having issues with your equipment?  Do you have any questions about using Skedula?

    • Also, your department coaches will be able to assist you.
  • Do you need immediate technical assistance?  
    • The DOE IT Help Desk is a wonderful resource for laptops, desktop computers, and any other equipment with an Asset Tag under warranty. When you call, the professionals at the Help Desk will guide you through opening a ticket and resolving any issues: (718) 935-5100
